Login for the knowledge database

I don't see many answers in the knowledge base, and only one category. Do I not have access to more?

Yes and no, because the knowledge database comprises 2 areas. 

  • The public area contains basic information and is accessible without login
  • The protected area is for COMAN users and contains instructions, configuration descriptions and how-to's as well as practical examples of functions and applications
    You will also receive access to the support ticket area with an overview of your requests and their current status.   


Please note: your login is required to access the protected area and thus the protected content (see menu bar). 
You cannot use your COMAN login to log in. Instead, you have received alternative login details for the knowledge database and the support ticket area. 

Login details?
Once you have registered as a COMAN user, you will have received an e-mail notification from us. In this e-mail you were informed about the granted access to COMAN information and thus to our knowledge base. Please follow the link contained therein to complete the registration for your user access.
If you can no longer find the e-mail notification, no problem! Feel free to contact us via support[at]coman-software.com or use this form to inform us. We will check your authorization for access and activate your account, of which you will of course be informed.
