Won’t users be overrun with sheer mass of OP's if everyone can create LoP entries that easy?

• Only users with appropriate authorizations, i.e. rights, can create an OP in COMAN.
• The OPs are assigned to certain users or suppliers and can only be seen by them. Also vice versa you can only see the OPs to which you have been assigned directly.
• OPs can be filtered by due date or priority, so that on a given workday you only see the tasks that you have to complete in a timely manner.
