Why can't I add tasks in the facilities tree?

I would like to add a task under a structure node in the facilities tree, but I cannot see the option.

Check in the main menu under “Edit” whether the edit mode or the view mode is activated.

In edit mode, tasks are not visible in the facilities tree, but only in the tasks tree. In view mode, the tasks are also visible in the facilities tree.
