      Schedule History: background

      • In COMAN it is possible to document any schedule change
      • By default, only the last change is saved in the database
      • Since saving every schedule change over the project period can mean a lot of data, this option must be explicitly activated
      • Any schedule change means the start and end date change in the four schedules: BASELINE, PLAN, CUSTOMER and SUPPLIER
      • Reporting is currently implemented simply via an Excel export. Suggestions for possible visualizations in COMAN or from COMAN are always welcome
      • The database enables the complete documentation of all schedules for a project over the entire project period
