      Digital Acceptance: background

      • Digital acceptance in COMAN can be used for internal acceptance processes (audit-proof)
      • The tracked Digital Acceptance can be exported to PDF
      • The basis are pdf tags inside the PDF template
      • Often there are general parts which have to be exported to the final PDF too. This can be handled via an "Excel" file inside COMAN
      • If there are signature fields to fill, eithere the server's own signature or the user's local signature can be used as signatures 
      • The PDF can then be saved as PDF/A2B
      • The user must have the "DigitalAcceptance" user right to create a report
