- With so many COMAN projects on a server, it can be very easy to lose track of them all
- Especially users with extended rights (and thus access to all projects) may have problems finding a specific project quickly and easily
- In addition to the option of assigning projects to groups and filtering them, COMAN also offers the option of archiving completed or expired projects
- Projects can be moved to the archive via the project properties within the project itself or via the project list (global)
- In addition to the option of archiving projects, users with the appropriate rights also have the right to restore them from the archive if required
